Fr. Christopher E. Alt, SJ
Entered Society: August 20, 2016
As a Jesuit: Father Alt ministered in the New York City prison system; counseled students at Christ the King Jesuit College Preparatory in Chicago; and served as a deacon and choir member at St. Benedict’s in Oakland, California.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Alt will serve as priest in solidum at Gesu Catholic Church, Ss. Peter & Paul Jesuit Church and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, along with clinical social work practice, in Detroit.

Fr. L. Ryen Dwyer, SJ
Entered Society: August 24, 2013
As a Jesuit: Father Dwyer served at the Ignatian Spirituality Project; as a volunteer coordinator on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota; and as a catechist and deacon at St. Mary Magdalen Parish in Berkeley, California.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Dwyer will serve as associate pastor at Holy Rosary Mission, the Oglala Lakȟóta Catholic community of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Fr. W. Pierce Gibson IV, SJ
Entered Society: August 16, 2014
As a Jesuit: Father Gibson taught Latin, Greek and theology at Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, where he also coached golf; and taught Latin at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Gibson will pursue a master’s degree in art history at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London.

As a Jesuit: Father Hyland taught and coached at Christ the King Jesuit College Prep in Chicago; and studied theology at the Institute for Black Catholic Studies at Xavier University of Louisiana and Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Hyland will serve as special assistant to the president at Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland.

As a Jesuit: Father Le taught and coached tennis at Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois; and experienced transformative summer immersion experiences in Peru, the Kohima region of Northeast India and Vietnam.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Le will pursue a master’s degree in fine arts at San José State University.

Fr. Bryan D. Paulsen, SJ
Entered Society: August 24, 2013
As a Jesuit: Father Paulsen ministered to unhoused LGBTQ+ young adults on Chicago’s North Side; and ministered at the Newman Center at the University of California, Berkeley, where he served as a deacon.
Assignment Following Ordination: Father Paulsen will serve as assistant professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at the University of Notre Dame.
